On some items, two prices may be displayed on Grand Buys products, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as suggested by manufacturers and suppliers or as determined by the standard industry market practice (going price) and the Actual Selling Price, sold to you by Grand Buys. Prices of products listed is mostly accurate at time of issue, but may change at any time due to market influences and vary subject to availability. A small number of listed items may be mis-priced. Prices are confirmed once your order has been placed and prior to shipment of product. If the price changes you will be advised by email and given the opportunity to accept the price, or any stock change, or cancel your order and receive a full refund. When stock is unavailable, a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, these circumstances are unavoidable and Grand Buys apologises for any inconvenience which this situation may cause you. Grand Buys endeavours to price products so that you are satisfied with Grand Value for your purchase.
Revisions and Changes to Terms, Policies and Severability

Title and Risk
Title to goods does not pass from Grand Buys until full payment has been received. With delivery to your address, all risk in the goods passes on to you.
Warranty, Delivery and Returns
Grand Buys is committed to offering customers the highest level of service and support and will endeavour to make any warranty claims and returns as easy as possible. These policies have been developed to ensure fair and realistic solutions are offered to website users. Familiarise yourself with Grand Buys warranty and return policies here before placing an order. Where products do not meet merchantable quality, fitness for purpose or do not match description, Grand Buys offers a 14 day return option from invoice date.

Should no other suitable stock be available for replacement or unit is unable to be repaired in a suitable timeframe , you the customer will be provided a refund on your purchase amount only. Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for returning the product to Grand Buys at your own expense. Item has no warranty and is sold "as is".
To deliver products to you, Grand Buys uses top quality third-party delivery companies, including but not limited to, Australia Post, Fedex, DHL and EMS. These delivery companies provide excellent and reliable service. However, there are occassional times when things go wrong with shipping as noted below. Grand Buys apologises for these unavoidable incidents to those customers affected and asks for your understanding, assistance and patience while investigations are carried out. Usually timeframe for delivery is 3-7 days but allow 10-14 days before contacting Grand Buys.
Warranty Returns and Charges
Items that have been delivered to you and found to either not be of merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, or fail to match the description, can be returned for a item purchase amount refund, excluding shipping and handling fee costs and the greater of a 15% restocking fee or $10, within 14 days of purchase. In purchasing a product from Grand Buys you agrre to not charge back any purchases you make with Grand Buys, and you also agree to contact Grand Buys first and to allow Grand Buys to remedy any problem you have before disputing any charges with PayPal or your credit card issuer. You agree that if you do dispute charges before contacting Grand Buys for remedy, that Grand Buys have the right, and reserve the right to re-bill any charges you may have disputed in addition to any costs charged to Grand Buys in connection with your dispute or chargeback.
Damaged, Incomplete, Missing or Stolen Items
Sometimes products may be misdirected, incomplete, go missing, be stolen or be damaged through shipping. Report the incident to Grand Buys when aware of the issue, or if item has not arrived after 10days from shipping notification. If damage occurs to your product, refuse to take it from the delivery agent, noting it was damaged. Take photos of the damage and report it to Grand Buys with the Return Information details. Grand Buys will notify the relevant delivery company and start a compensation claim. Grand Buys asks for your understanding as it may take more than 2 weeks for the delivery company to conclude their investigations and to accept or reject the claim. Grand Buys will work to ensure an appropriate solution for compensation is reached for yourself and Grand Buys.
After your report, and an acceptance of claim by delivery company, Grand Buys will.issue you with a return authorisation number. In returning items, make sure the following conditions are met. The items, when received by Grand Buys, must be in resaleable condition, unopened, unused, not worn or damaged, be in original condition inclusive with all product packaging, cords, software, booklets, manuals, labels and all other accessories. This means that should an item be returned without proper professional packaging and be damaged, that extra amount for damage will be deducted from any refund due. It is in your best interests to register and track the item, in case of loss or damage, and insure the postal package sent in case it does not arrive to Grand Buys, also make sure it is securely and professionally packed. Timeframe for processing any return for refund, repair or replacement is two weeks but could be two weeks or more.

Preparing to Return an Item
All returns require a Return Autthorisation Number (RA#). Remember to contact Grand Buys first to report issue and apply for this number. Items returned without RA# will be rejected. Information required includes Order Number, Detailed Problem Description and Reason for Return, Photo of Product Damaged in Transportation (clearly showing damage less than 1 MB in size for ease of sending by email), Reasonable return requests will be favoured by Grand Buys and a full return instructions and return address will be sent. More information may be required to clarify if some cases qualify or not. Return items with all original packaging and sufficient components to repair, replace or refund items as required only when requested. Ensure your RA# is clearly visible on the postal packaging and that returns are appropriately securely packaged, insured, registered, and tracked so that if loss or further damage occurs in transportation you will be covered. You are responsible for ensuring returns are handled securely. When your return is received, Grand Buys will send you an email notifying you that the return item has been received. Allow 2 weeks for processing of returns.
